ABTMM has its Registered Central office in the perimeter of Jain Vishwa Bharti campus in Ladnun, Rajasthan. Acharya Tulsi was instrumental in the idea of such office and its overall development.Acharya Tulsi nomenclated this office as ROHINI.

The foundation stone of this sprawling office was laid in 1987 by Sri Basant Saathe, the then Information Broadcasting Minister.
