Annual Convention is held every year in the pious presence of His Holiness Acharya Shree Mahashraman ji for a span of 3 days. Thousands of members from all branches attend this convention. The year-long work of branches is displayed and evaluated. Members are provided training in implementation of projects. The insights about various activities is given and profound deliberations are done at core level. The feedback regarding Vision and Mission of the 2-year working term is discussed with the members.

The members are trained in various ways for self and societal development. The members who attend the meeting in turn pass on the training to the other members of their branch. At the 3-day convention, branches are felicitated and awarded with trophies and certificates for the work done so far. The convocation of Tattva Gyaan / Terapanth Darshan and Jain Scholar for the year is held during the same time.

The TEAM

The cabinet of both national committee and the branch is s/elected once in every 2 years. It comprises of The President, Vice President 1, Vice President 2, General Secretary, Joint Secretary 1, Joint Secretary 2, Treasurer, Organisation Secretary and Media & and Broadcasting Secretary.

The Trust Board consists of 9 members headed by Chief Trustee. Trust Board passes the budget and protects the assets of the organization.
